Join our I&J Trawling Division in the Waterfront , Cape Town as a SAP PM ADMINISTRATOR and play a key role in managing the planning board for assigned vessels on a daily basis ensuring compliance and deadlines are met resulting in zero errors or defaults from Superintendent and vessel feedback. Reporting Structure:

• Reports to : Planning Manager

Key Areas of Impact

• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Superintendents. • Record keeping for both vessel and workshops. • Providing Administrative Support to Workshop Foreman. • Ordering of equipment and other resources. What It Takes to Succeed: Experience that set you up for success:

• Minimum 5 years maintenance and project planning administrative experience in a workshop or engineering environment. Qualifications & Certifications that will contribute to your success:

• Grade 12 / Matric • Planning and Maintenance Certificate Additional Requirements that will enhance your impact for success:
