ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Basic knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management (PT) concepts • Familiarity with SAP Shift Planning (PT SP) processes and terminology • Experience providing 2nd level support or application support for business users • Ability to perform structured incident management and ticket tracking • Basic operational customizing skills (creating/updating shift identifiers, linking org structures) • Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills • Clear communication skills for collaboration between business and IT stakeholders • Reliable, structured, and self-driven working style with good documentation practices • Ability to work in an international environment and consider cross-country impacts • Basic familiarity with SAP support tools and logs (e.g., reading application logs) ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

• Hands-on experience specifically with SAP PT SP (AWP) implementations or operations • Exposure to time and organizational structure customizing in SAP (beyond basic tasks) • Understanding of reporting related to workforce planning and time data • Experience working with custom developments (Z logic) at a high level • Basic ability to read and interpret ABAP code (helpful for troubleshooting) • Familiarity with SAP diagnostic tools such as ST22 and SLG1 • Experience in production or shift-based operational environments (manufacturing/plant) • Prior work in global or multi-country SAP landscapes • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, IT) • Knowledge of data quality practices and maintaining consistent master data QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Some hands-on experience in SAP HCM Time Management or support roles (internships, junior support positions, or key-user experience)
• Demonstrated experience with 2nd level support, incident management, or operational application support
• Strong analytical mindset, clear communication skills, and willingness to learn ABAP basics and SAP tools
