What we are looking for
- Relevant sanctions-screening experience within banking, fintech, payments or regulated financial services.
- Practical experience reviewing and resolving screening alerts.
- Strong investigative and analytical judgement.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to document decisions clearly and defensibly.
- Understanding of escalation requirements within a regulated financial-crime environment.
- UK or international financial-services experience is highly advantageous.
- Relevant South African financial-services experience may also be considered.
- High B2/C1 English proficiency.
- Cape Town based or able to work from a Cape Town operation.
Appointment will be subject to applicable pre-employment, background and financial-integrity screening.
