Description

• We are looking for a dedicated Sambassador to champion our products in-store, elevate our retail presence, and drive consumer engagement through the following core responsibilities:

Administrative Operations

• Maintain accurate record-keeping, streamline daily store operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols.

Inventory & Shelf Health

• Execute efficient stock rotation, maintain pristine visual merchandising standards, and minimize out-of-stocks through proactive inventory monitoring.

Promotional Execution

• Implement marketing campaigns on schedule, secure prominent display locations for promotional items, and ensure accurate pricing tags and signage.

Customer Service Excellence

• Deliver friendly, prompt assistance to shoppers, resolve customer inquiries or complaints efficiently, and foster a welcoming in-store environment.

In-Store Marketing & Merchandising

• Optimize product placements to capture consumer attention, execute visual brand standards, and leverage cross-merchandising opportunities.

Sales & Sell-Through Optimization

• Drive daily sales targets, monitor high-velocity inventory to prevent bottlenecks, and execute clearance strategies to maximize sell-through rates.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in sales
• Education: Diploma or NQF Level 5 qualification
• Core Competencies: Strong sales acumen and working knowledge of marketing principles
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional customer service and verbal/written communication skills
• Technical Skills: Solid administration abilities and computer literacy in the MS Office suite
