As the first and last point of contact for every client, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless five-star experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic. Please note: Only candidates with previous reception experience within a luxury beauty salon, day spa, aesthetic clinic, or premium hospitality environment will be considered.

Duties & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome every client warmly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional luxury experience from arrival to departure.

• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations and client communication via phone, WhatsApp and email.

• Prepare and serve refreshments to clients.

• Process payments and complete daily cash-ups accurately.

• Recommend treatments, retail products and current promotions.

• Assist with maintaining an immaculate reception and retail area.

• Support therapists to ensure smooth client flow throughout the day.

• Assist with stock receiving, merchandising and inventory management.

• Capture behind-the-scenes content, treatment videos and photos for social media.

• Assist with creating engaging Instagram and Facebook content, including Stories, Reels and posts.

• Support the implementation of salon marketing campaigns, promotions, events and product launches.

• Encourage clients to leave Google reviews, tag the company on social media and participate in in-salon promotions.

• Work closely with management to continually enhance the client experience

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Previous reception experience in a luxury beauty salon, aesthetic clinic, spa or premium hospitality environment is essential.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for people.

• Well-presented, impeccably groomed and professional at all times.

• Outgoing, confident and positive personality.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Comfortable using booking software, computers and Microsoft Office.

• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.

• Retail sales experience will be highly advantageous.

• A passion for social media, photography, content creation and marketing is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Canva and basic video editing will be an advantage.

• Own reliable transport.

Working Hours

HOURS: The clinic operates 7 days a week. Employees work on a shift roster, with a 5-day work week.
