Job Description
• Manage daily salon operations and ensure clients receive wonderful service. • Support and guide the beauty staff who offer treatments to clients. • Keep operations running smoothly using daily physical checklists to maintain high standards. • Track inventory for skincare and nail products to ensure shelves are stocked. • Handle customer bookings and ensure the salon is welcoming and professional. What You Need to Apply
- A positive attitude and a true willingness to learn.
- A qualification in Somatology, Dermatology, or a related beauty field.
- Training in skincare, waxing, manicures, and pedicures is highly preferred.
- Some experience leading a team or managing salon operations.
- A great mix of skills and solid character to minimize any perceived risk in team leadership.
