Job Description
- Find and contact new commercial fleet clients across your assigned sales territory.
- Present cost-saving tyre proposals and management solutions directly to transport decision-makers.
- Visit client sites with technical specialists to understand their daily fleet tyre needs.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with existing fleet accounts to ensure continuous repeat business.
- Negotiate fair commercial pricing, supply terms, and service agreements with key customers.
- Work with warehouse and fitment crews to ensure on-time product and service delivery.
- Keep your sales pipeline and customer contact records up to date on CRM.
What You Need to Apply
- Valid Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Valid South African driver's license.
- At least 3 to 5 years of successful commercial tyre or fleet sales experience.
- Proven track record in finding new transport clients and closing profitable deals.
- Practical knowledge of truck tyres, fleet surveys, and cost-per-kilometre concepts.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to negotiate well with fleet managers.
- A positive attitude, a strong team-player mindset, and a willingness to learn.
