Salesforce Developers (Junior, Mid-Level & Senior)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customise, and optimise Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions alongside stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Apply Salesforce best practices across configuration, customisation, automation, and system design
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimisation to ensure high-quality delivery
• Contribute to technical documentation and continuous system improvement initiatives
• For Mid-Level and Senior Developers: take ownership of complex solutions and support technical mentorship within the team
• For Senior Developers: provide technical leadership, guide architecture decisions, and mentor junior team members

Requirements: Junior Salesforce Developer:

• Foundational experience with Salesforce development and configuration • Exposure to Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, or Salesforce automation tools • Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts (Java experience advantageous) • Strong willingness to learn and grow within a technical team Mid-Level Salesforce Developer:

• Proven experience developing and customising Salesforce solutions • Solid proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform capabilities • Experience with integrations, APIs, and Salesforce data models • Ability to work independently while collaborating with business and technical teams Senior Salesforce Developer:

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong background in enterprise-level implementations
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce architecture
• Strong Java and object-oriented programming knowledge
• Proven experience designing complex integrations and scalable technical solutions
• Ability to lead technical initiatives, drive best practices, and mentor other developers

Advantageous
