We’re looking for a Salesforce Certified Administrator who enjoys keeping systems running smoothly, improving functionality and helping people get the most out of their technology. This is a hands-on, varied role combining Salesforce administration with mobile device and business application support — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and loves a challenge. Duties & Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

• Administer and maintain Salesforce users, permissions, fields, layouts and data.

• Create reports and dashboards, support Flows and assist with automation and system enhancements.

• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, integrations and user queries.

• Set up, configure and support Android and iOS phones, tablets and business applications.

• Resolve connectivity, login, synchronisation and application issues.

• Assist users with onboarding, technical queries and mobile Salesforce functionality.

What you’ll need

• Salesforce Administrator certification – essential.

• 1–3 years’ practical Salesforce administration experience.

• Working knowledge of Salesforce Flows, reports, dashboards, permissions and data management.

• Experience supporting Android/iOS devices and mobile applications.

• Basic mobile connectivity and application troubleshooting skills.

• A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable transport.

• Availability to work full-time on-site in Centurion.
