A leading Optical leading Retail Chain is seeking a Team Leader fro its Worcester store.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieving salses targets and driving customer service excellence
- Leading the team - planning and overseeing daily operations, including sales targets
- Seeking out local marketings opportunities and supporting marketing initiatives
Requirements
- A talent for sales and selling
- Friendly
- Outgoing
- Proactive
- Strong vebal and written communication skills
- Experience in merchandising and presentation of premium products along with highly developed customer service
- Adaptable and fast learner - as you will be working in a fast-paced team
