ITB, a division of Novus Holdings, is currently seeking to appoint a Sales Support Analyst to be based in La Lucia, Durban. The incumbent will be responsible for shaping pricing strategies, drive accurate reporting, analyses sales trends and provide insights that make a real impact on our business Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for generating comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts (using tools like Excel power query, Excel data analysis, Excel pivot table and graph) to identify trends, track KPIs, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Gather and consolidate information from different departments to support sales initiatives and projects.
- Using excel on dashboards tool to display gathered sales information for sales budgeting, forecasting and decision making immediately.
- Work with sales team in compiling sales reports and provide analytical support for smarter business decisions.
- Ensures smooth and timely resolution of sales-related issues.
- Managing Quotations in conjunction with the Sales Director
- Collaborate with cross-functional factory teams and sales teams.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric or equivalent (Core Mathematics essential)
- Commercial degree a benefit
- 3 years Super Excel User experience
- Cost accounting would be an advantage
- Knowledge of the Flexible Packaging Market or packaging sector
