- We are looking for a commercially minded, analytically strong and execution-focused Sales Strategy and Business Enablement Manager to support the growth and effectiveness of our CIB Transactional Banking Sales franchise. This is an opportunity for a high-performing professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, finance, business management and sales enablement, and who is passionate about turning insight into action.
- In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic priorities, monitor business performance, strengthen governance disciplines and enable consistent execution across Transactional Banking Sales. You will play a key role in helping the business identify opportunities, manage risks, improve productivity and deliver against commercial objectives.
Job Description
Your key accountabilities will include the following;
- Supporting the execution of the Transactional Banking Sales strategy and translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.
- Coordinating key initiatives, monitor delivery against agreed objectives and highlight risks, opportunities and improvement areas.
- Developing and managing performance reporting, dashboards and management information that provide actionable business insights.
- Supporting governance forums, business reviews and executive reporting requirements, including Exco, management and board-related submissions.
- Driving sales enablement initiatives that improve productivity, consistency and operational effectiveness across the Sales franchise.
- Partnering with Sales, Product, Coverage, Finance, Human Capital and other stakeholders to enable aligned execution and stronger business outcomes.
- Maintaining strong governance, risk and control practices across business management activities.
We are looking for;
- Your strategic thinking with strong financial discipline, sound business judgment and the ability to operate confidently in a complex, fast-paced banking environment.
- Your ability to bring structure to ambiguity, convert data into insight and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Your ability to manage across multiple priorities, producing high-quality executive materials and ensuring that execution remains focused, coordinated and measurable.

- Chartered Accountant CASA qualification.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
- A postgraduate qualification in Business, Finance or Strategy would be advantageous.
- 5–8 years' experience in business management, finance, strategy, corporate banking, consulting or a related environment.
- Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams, including executive committee, board and governance reporting.
- Strong capability in financial management, business performance analysis, strategic planning and cross-functional initiative coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and executive-ready materials.

- Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies Required
