Our client based in Durban North is looking for a Sales & Service Technician Apprentice Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum requirements
- Own reliable transport
- Minimum 1 year Experience in an FMCG industry
• Microsoft Office 365, Basic Computer skills, SLP, POS software (Not essential)
- Comply with the law, the company’s policies and procedures
- Willing to work overtime from time to time
- Update the relevant policies and procedures.
- Maintain existing customer relations
• Provide services to our customers, including installations, servicing, repairs, deliveries and customer training on all the company’s products
- Assist with helpdesk support
- Assist with stock counts.
- Assist with office administration
- Prepared to study to become a Verification officer
