Our client is looking for a Sales & Service Technician Apprentice to join their Durban branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded, customer-focused individual who is interested in developing their career within the weighing, scales and labelling industry.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide professional service and support to customers.
- Assist with the installation, servicing and repair of company products.
- Deliver products and provide customer training where required.
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships.
- Assist with helpdesk and customer support.
- Assist with stock counts and general stock-related activities.
- Assist with office administration.
- Comply with company policies, procedures and applicable legislation.
- Assist with updating relevant policies and procedures.
- Work overtime when required.
- Be willing to study and develop towards becoming a Verification Officer .
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric / Grade 12 .
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in FMCG .
- Valid driver's licence .
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
- Knowledge of retail scales, weights and measures .
- Sales and customer relationship skills.
- Goal-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident, honest, enthusiastic and approachable.
- Neat, efficient and professional.
- Own vehicle is essential , due to the travel requirements of the position.
