The role As a Sales & Service Consultant, you in the frontline in taking care of our customers, creating a great first impression and building long‑lasting relationships. The role is essential in securing customers, retaining customers, and providing exceptional service across inbound/outbound channels. You will assist customers by understanding their needs, providing product information, processing policy extensions, and ensuring every interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls to sell or service motor insurance policies Deliver outstanding, accurate service across phone, email, and written communication Apply underwriting guidelines and decline risks outside appetite where required Use proven sales techniques to confidently close leads and secure new business Complete daily tasks, follow workflows, and meet deadlines and targets Ensure compliance with all Pacific International Insurance policies and procedures Perform additional duties aligned with your skills and experience as directed by your manager Ready to Apply?
