Sales Representatives - Cosmetics / Retail (JHB and PTA)

Introduction

Looking for a young, dynamic and energetic sales represantaving to drive sales and business growth by developing and managing relationships with retailers, beauty stores, cosmetic retailers, pharmacies, and other relevant retail channels

Duties & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with retail buyers and key decision-makers.

• Present and promote cosmetic/beauty product ranges to prospective customers.

• Negotiate pricing, promotions, listings, and commercial agreements.

• Manage existing retail accounts and drive sales growth.

• Identify opportunities for new product listings and increased distribution.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Monitor competitor activity, customer trends, and developments within the cosmetics market.

• Conduct regular customer visits and provide ongoing account support.

• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• 2+ years' experience in sales/business development.

• Proven experience selling cosmetics, beauty, skincare, haircare, or related products is essential.

• Experience selling directly into the retail sector.

• Experience dealing with retail buyers, procurement teams, store managers, and key accounts.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong new business development and account management experience.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to identify market opportunities and grow existing accounts.

• Must have own transport and willing to travel, if required.

Package & Remuneration

• R8 000 - R10 000 + good commission per month
