Detail: Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential. Minimum 2–3 years' proven sales experience . Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field – Advantageous. Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries will be advantageous. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in business development and account management. Sales techniques and negotiation skills. Customer relationship management. Market analysis and competitor research. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). CRM systems (advantageous). Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and customer visits. Promote and sell company products and services. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Negotiate pricing and close sales. Prepare quotations and sales proposals. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure timely collection of outstanding customer payments where applicable. It is essential that the candidates either reside within these territories or have a thorough knowledge of the areas, as local market knowledge will be a key factor in building customer relationships and ensuring the success of the operation.
