We’re looking for an experienced and driven individual to join our sales team. If you’re confident approaching clients, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities, this could be the right fit for you.
A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required . We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to turn potential leads into successful sales.
With a basic salary and uncapped commission, this role offers the opportunity to grow your career while increasing your earning potential.
Duties & Responsibilities
Your main focus will be bringing in new business, building client relationships and helping potential customers find the right solutions.
Your responsibilities will include
Finding and approaching potential customers to create new business opportunities.
Introducing clients to the company’s products and services.
Building lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
Managing leads and following up consistently.
Negotiating with clients and securing new business.
Meeting individual sales goals and performance expectations.
Keeping client information and sales records up to date.
Maintaining professional communication throughout the sales process.
Working with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Desired Experience & Qualification
At least 1 year of sales experience.
A valid Code 8 driver’s licence.
Your own reliable vehicle.
Your own laptop suitable for work.
Strong communication and people skills.
Confidence when approaching and engaging with clients.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and take responsibility for results.
Experience in retail, customer service, telesales or business development will be beneficial.
