Take the lead in growing a respected product brand across the Cape Town market. This role offers an ambitious, commercially minded individual the opportunity to build a career in external sales while contributing to the company’s regional retail expansion.
You will identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships and grow accounts across the trade and retail market . Working independently, you will manage your territory and sales targets, build strong product knowledge and provide customers with responsive, professional support.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Exposure to sales, customer service or a customer-facing environment
- Paint specification experience is highly advantageous
- An understanding of specification processes would be beneficial
- Strong commercial drive and a genuine desire to build a sales career
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop a customer base from the ground up
- Capacity to learn technical product information quickly
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own time, territory and targets independently
