Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve customers by selling products and services, addressing their needs.

• Maintain and grow existing accounts while establishing new accounts through daily calls on current and potential customers.

• Welcome prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.

• Focus sales

• Provide regular updates to management through daily reports, weekly, and monthly.

• Stay informed on market trends by gathering information on pricing, products.

• Recommend product and service changes based on customer feedback and market developments.

• Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and reporting to management.

• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance customer communication by sharing client feedback.

• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, and participating in networking events.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements

• Matric certificate.

• At least 1 year of work experience.

• Marketing, promotions, or advertising sales experience would be an advantage.
