Are you ready to play a vital role in expanding our client’s presence within the healthcare sector? An established pharmaceutical organization focused on innovative medical solutions is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to drive growth and strengthen relationships in the Free State. Duties:

  • Promote and detail the pharmaceutical products to general practitioners, specialists, and healthcare professionals.
  • Effectively communicate the clinical benefits, indications, and usage of products through meetings and presentations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest medical and scientific information relevant to the product portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Plan and conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new opportunities for product promotion and business growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather feedback from healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales data, and feedback using CRM tools.
  • Attend ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, medical advancements, and sales techniques.
  • Adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • Communicate safety profile and risk information clearly, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify, document, and report adverse drug reactions (ADRs), product complaints, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacovigilance team to support safety-related reporting and follow-up.
  • Log medical queries, safety concerns, and customer feedback for internal review.

Requirements

  • BSc Degree in medical related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Knowledge of RPE and R programming is advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
