Sales Representative

Introduction

A dynamic opportunity is available for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a strong interest in fashion, textiles and social media. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and communication skills, a good understanding of fabrics and fashion trends, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive sales and develop new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Assist customers with fabric selections and provide product advice.

• Promote products through social media and other digital platforms.

• Create and manage engaging social media content to support sales.

• Keep up to date with fashion, textile and industry trends.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and close sales.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Assist with customer enquiries and provide excellent service.

• Maintain an organised and up-to-date customer database.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Previous sales experience, preferably within fashion, textiles, fabrics or a related industry.

• Fashion-related qualification or studies, preferably from a recognised fashion institution such as LISOF.

• Social media experience with a good understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of basic fabrics and textiles.

• Strong sales ability and a target-driven approach.

• Well-presented, energetic and confident personality.

• Computer literate.

• Valid driver's licence would be advantageous.

• Passionate about fashion and textiles.

• Sales-driven and confident.

• Creative with a strong eye for fashion and trends.

• Outgoing and comfortable engaging with customers.
