DBN000379 - Sales Representative(Spares) - Midrand
Purpose of the Job: To drive sales and customer relationships while managing stock, suppliers, pricing and product supply to ensure efficient business operations.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Supply Chain or a related field would be advantageous
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office and Pastel
Duties & Responsibilities
Technical Competencies & Experience
- Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, convert sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct customer visits, identify new business opportunities and promote additional products through cross-selling.
- Conduct market research, assess product demand and manage pricing to support sales and profitability.
- Forecast stock requirements, monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts and manage replenishment and inter-branch transfers.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, manage purchase orders and coordinate supplier processes.
