Job Title: Sales Representatives Locations: Johannesburg | Mpumalanga | Pretoria

Job Overview: We are looking for driven sales people to win new clients and grow existing accounts. You will approach companies, understand their staffing and payroll needs, and show them how we can help. Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Matric, plus a sales or business qualification (advantageous).

• 2 to 3 years’ B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in recruitment, staffing, payroll or HR services.

• A proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Confident in cold calling and meeting new people.

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, organised and target driven.

• Proficient in MS Office, and comfortable working with a CRM.

• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.

• Willing to travel within your region.

Advantageous

• A good understanding of the South African labour market, including temp, contract and permanent placements.

• Knowledge of payroll, UIF, PAYE and labour law basics.

• An existing network of contacts within your region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients by phone, email, LinkedIn and in-person visits.

• Book meetings and present our recruitment and payroll services to decisionmakers (HR managers, operations managers, owners and finance heads).

• Understand each client’s needs and put together suitable proposals and quotes.

• Negotiate and close new business and sign clients on to our terms.

• Build and manage your pipeline and report on activity and results.

• Work with our recruitment and payroll teams to make sure new clients are onboarded well.

• Keep in regular contact with clients to retain and grow the accounts.

• Keep up to date with the market and what competitors are doing.
