Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience in the retail or FMCG sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and own transport is advantageous
Familiarity with the following
- CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Market analysis and customer needs assessment
