Detail: Responsibilities: Promote and sell PPE and industrial consumables to new and existing clients Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within assigned territory Conduct needs analyses, product demonstrations, and provide quotations/proposals Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close sales successfully Maintain and grow an existing customer base while expanding into new accounts Plan daily sales routes efficiently to maximize customer coverage Manage customer queries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction Record sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and annual sales targets Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and sales performance Represent the company professionally and uphold brand values Requirements: Well-spoken, professional, and presentable Own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver's licence Matric qualification (Matric certificate required) Age between 26 and 52 years Minimum 5 years proven sales experience PPE sales experience is a strong advantage Knowledge of industrial consumables and products is highly advantageous Previous experience using a CRM system and reporting on sales calls is an advantage Technically savvy and comfortable using sales-related technology Excellent sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets Must demonstrate employment stability (no frequent job changes) Contactable references Location: Based in Port Elizabeth – candidate must reside locally Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
