Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers such as insurance companies, car dealerships, and individual vehicle owners needing repair services. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare accurate quotes for repair services and follow up on invoicing and payments. Promote and explain the panel beating and automotive repair services offered, including vehicle body repairs, spray painting, dent removal, etc. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company by generating new business. Negotiate prices and service agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. Ensure follow-up on work done and customer satisfaction, gathering feedback for continuous improvement. Requirements: Valid driver’s license Own Vehicle Matric certificate Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or repair industry. Familiarity with vehicle repairs, panel beating processes, and insurance protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain services clearly and effectively.
