This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving revenue, and identifying new business opportunities within the food production and hospitality sectors. Detail: Key Responsibilities: Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients through regular engagement and service delivery Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory Presenting and selling bakery and catering solutions to meet client needs Planning and executing daily sales activities, including client visits and prospecting Achieving monthly and annual sales targets in line with business objectives Preparing and delivering tailored product presentations and demonstrations Coordinating orders, deliveries, and after-sales support with internal teams Resolving client queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities Providing regular feedback and sales reports to management Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Relevant sales or marketing qualification advantageous Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or equipment supply Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage a sales territory independently and meet targets Good organisational and time management skills Computer literacy (MS Office; ERP systems advantageous) Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport Willingness to travel within the assigned region To apply, please send your CV with your salary expectations to [email protected] Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
