We are seeking an energetic, innovative and money-driven Sales Representative who is hungry for success and motivated by achieving targets. The ideal candidate will be professional, resourceful and confident when engaging with upmarket clients, with a friendly personality and a natural ability to build relationships and close sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
Proactively approach and contact potential clients to generate new business.
Conduct daily telephonic cold calling and follow-ups.
Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong client base.
Build and maintain professional relationships with upmarket clients.
Generate leads, arrange meetings and convert prospects into sales.
Develop creative strategies to attract new clients and grow revenue.
Achieve sales targets and maximise earning potential.
Maintain accurate client records and manage the sales pipeline.
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the business professionally.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric
2+ years previous sales, telemarketing or new business development experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
Professional, confident and well-spoken when dealing with upmarket clients.
Innovative, resourceful and solutions-oriented.
Hungry, ambitious and financially driven.
Energetic, friendly, positive and eager to succeed.
Target-driven with strong prospecting and closing abilities.
Self-motivated, persistent and able to work independently.
