Education

• Engineering qualification or relevant technical qualification

Job Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum 5 years' experience in compressor sales

• Proven sales experience within the mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors

• Strong knowledge of rotary screw, reciprocating, and oil-free compressor systems

• Understanding of compressed air applications and related equipment

• Ability to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions

• Proven track record of developing new business and managing key accounts

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach

• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
