Are you a technically qualified sales professional with pump experience within the mining or wastewater sector? We are building a strong network of pump-sales professionals for current and future opportunities across the engineering industry. Duties & Responsibilities
Network Engineering specialises in connecting experienced technical-sales professionals with leading engineering organisations. We are interested in engaging Sales Representatives who have experience selling pumps and engineered solutions into mining, wastewater and industrial markets. Suitable candidates should have experience developing new business, managing customer accounts, conducting site visits, preparing quotations and recommending appropriate pump solutions.
Education
- Relevant technical qualification
- Mechanical Engineering qualification would be advantageous
Job Experience & Skills Required
- Proven technical sales experience
- Pump sales experience is essential
- Experience selling into the mining or wastewater sector
- Ability to understand customer applications and recommend suitable pump solutions
- New business development and account-management experience
- Experience preparing quotations and technical proposals
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship-management skills
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
