Are you a driven and energetic individual with a passion for sales? A well-establisehd utility smart metering organisation, based in Pretoria East, are seeking a Sales Representative to join the sales team, focused on generating leads within residential complexes. This is a field‑based role that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, resilience and the ability to build strong relationships with potential customers.
The successful incumbent will have the autonomny to choose the area(s) in Gauteng they will target, but will be required to be at the office in Pretoria East every Tuesday.
Duties & Responsibilities
Visit residential complexes to introduce products and services.
Engage with decision‑makers to generate qualified leads.
Present sales information clearly and professionally to potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow‑up activities.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Provide feedback from the field to help improve sales strategies.
Represent the brand with professionalism and customer‑focused service.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Completed Matric
Previous experience in sales (commission earning) preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
Willingness to travel within targeted areas.
Package & Remuneration
R15 000 per month excluding commission (plus training allowance in first and second month)
Commission potential - R15 000 to R50 000 per month (the world is your oyster)
Company car after successfully completing 3 month probation
