We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to the growth of our technical weighing solutions across the market. This is an opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to build a career with an established company at the forefront of industrial weighing technology.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct customer visits, site assessments and product presentations
- Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documentation
- Negotiate and close sales agreements
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
- Liaise with technical and service teams to support customer requirements
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
- Follow up on leads, quotations and prospective customers
- Stay informed on Masskot Scale’s products, weighing solutions and industry developments
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Previous sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, weighing systems, engineering, mining, logistics, manufacturing or related industries
- Strong business development and customer relationship skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Technical aptitude and an interest in industrial equipment and engineering solutions
- Valid driver’s licence
- Both experienced sales professionals and motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
