This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a real impact in a well-established and innovative company. Detail: Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric). Minimum of 5 years' proven sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in solution-based or relationship-driven sales. Marine or boating industry knowledge will be advantageous but is not essential. Strong proposal writing and presentation skills. Experience using CRM systems. Proven prospecting, networking, and cold-calling abilities. Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Financial and project costing understanding. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly self-motivated, organised, and results-driven. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Valid driver's licence. Willingness to travel locally and within Southern Africa as required. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Promote and grow the company's brand within designated markets. Achieve sales targets while maximising profitability and market penetration. Respond to website, email, telephone, and distributor enquiries. Identify and engage prospective clients through networking and prospecting activities. Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable vessel solutions. Prepare detailed quotations, project costings, and commercial proposals. Cost vessels, engines, trailers, and additional equipment. Coordinate delivery arrangements and associated costing. Consult with production and sales teams to determine build schedules and final proposals. Present quotations and proposals to clients and conduct follow-up activities. Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through vessel handover. Conduct client visits and provide regular customer feedback. Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally. Prepare and deliver sales presentations. Coordinate local marketing activities for the T-Craft product range. Attend relevant industry exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events. Contribute to future expansion into Southern African markets and larger bespoke vessel projects.
