This is an exciting opportunity to grow technical competency, increase earning potential and build new business. Detail: Qualification Matric Qualification in Commerce, Food Technology or Science Requirements Must have at least 2 years' preferably from FMCG/ Pharmaceutical or similar industry in sales and must have a proven sales track record Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English Strong general knowledge of the food flavours / food chemicals market would be an advantage Must have own transport and valid driver license Duties Sales of food flavours and colours to the required client base Will be responsible for generating new business and sales Understanding the work flow, pressure and daily operations of business and manage customer expectations Must have a proven sales track record Face to face customer meetings weekly target needs to be met Cold calling and reaching weekly and monthly targets Sales presentations to management Target driven and able to push for results, reaching monthly target Initiating customer contact through personal contact Customer research (business, opportunities, needs) Presentation of product offerings and systematic follow-up Effective and efficient closure of sales Working with customer base to ensure good relationships are maintained and all customers are serviced as required General admin and weekly reporting Strategy presentation to management Maintain excellent customer service level show more...
