We need a detail-oriented Inside Sales to manage orders, support our sales team, and assist customers. You'll ensure smooth operations from quote to delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Duties
Process orders, prepare quotes and invoices.
Be the main contact for customer inquiries (email/phone).
Update CRM, coordinate with logistics and warehouse.
Generate sales and inventory reports.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements
Diploma in Business or related field.
2+ years in sales support/customer service. Industry experience is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and CRM/ERP systems.
Fluent in English (Afrikaans is an advantage).
Organized, proactive, and a team player.
Legal right to work in South Africa.
Candidates must have their own reliable transport.
