Sales Representative

Introduction

We are looking for a highly-motivates, proactive Sales professional to join our team in Cape Town. The Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day support to retailers, attend to queries and complaints from the stores and customers. This position is also responsible for hands on training and knowledge sharing with all sales staff in group as well as independent stores. Drive sales growth in the Ezee Tile business through the growth of our current customer base. Duties & Responsibilities

• ·        Manage relationships with key customers.
• ·        Grow the customer base outside of group stores.
• ·        Daily interaction with current customer base.
• ·        Perform market analysis and gather competitor information.
• ·        Compile weekly and monthly feedback reports.
• ·        Provide hands on training to group and independent sales personnel.
• ·        Provide technical support to retail stores, advise with product suitability and applications.
• ·        Drive to upsell products and improve sales basket.
• ·        Attend to customer complaints and perform root cause analysis on complaints / failures.
• ·        Provide detailed report on analysis complains and failures to factory quality team.
• ·        Maintain good relationships with internal processes.
• Be presentable and professional at all times.

Desired Experience & Qualification

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS

• ·        This position will require extensive traveling to visit retail stores daily. • ·        Must be in possession of a valid driving licence. • ·        This position must be medically fit and mobile. REQUIREMENTS The requirements and qualifications for this position include:

• ·        Minimum Grade12 certificate.
• ·        Proven experience in a retail sales environment.
• ·        Sound knowledge of adhesive industry or cementitious products will be an advantage.
• ·        Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• ·        The ability to multitask.
• ·        Outstanding time management skills.
• ·        Effective communication skills.
• ·        A pro-active person, with the ability to drive goals and targets.
• ·        Be willing to work overtime when required

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain personal control.
