Sales Representative - Hospitality & Equipment Solutions

Introduction

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to join a well-established business supplying equipment and solutions into the hospitality industry.

This is not a quick-win sales role. It is suited to someone who wants to build a long-term career, develop deep client relationships, and grow a territory over time.

This role requires patience and consistency. Success is built over time through relationships, trust, and understanding client needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Developing and growing a sales territory within the hospitality sector

• Building strong relationships with restaurants, hotels, lodges, and commercial kitchens

• Identifying new business opportunities through networking, site visits, and referrals

• Managing and growing existing customer accounts

• Understanding client operations and recommending suitable solutions

• Providing ongoing support and maintaining long-term partnerships

• Focused mostly in the Cape Winelands area

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Experience in sales , business development , or account management

OR strong hospitality experience with an interest in moving into sales

• Ability to build relationships and communicate with a wide range of clients

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

• Willingness to learn technical products and solutions

• A long-term mindset – someone looking to grow within a business , not jump roles

• Experience in hospitality (restaurants, hotels, catering, kitchens)

• Exposure to equipment, technical products, or service-based environments

• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

Package & Remuneration

R17 000 per month + Commision

R3 000 Car allowance if using own car (Company car if needed) + Cell Phone allowance

Petrol covered

Medical after 3 month probation
