Are you energetic, friendly, Business Orientated and a Natural closer? GroDirect is looking for Sales Consultants to join the team in the hopes of becoming a Franchise Owner.
We are looking for a self-motivated, sales driven Insurance Agents with extremely good communication skills and a strong personality who are extremely good team players. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Duties & Responsibilities
Role ;
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Reach out to customer leads through faceto-face meetings and presentations
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Explaining benefits of the product to clients more than feature
- Match the right product to customer's needs and budget

- Grade 12, N4 and above
