Locally made products is sold directly to spaza shops, tuck shops, and small retailers across the Overberg. You will be the face of the company in the field:
Duties include
opening accounts, delivering stock, collecting payment, and building a loyal customer base on a regular
weekly route. This is a hands-on, road-based role that requires energy, persistence, and the ability to
connect with people.
Requirements
- Valid, unendorsed driver's licence ✦ Previous Proven ability to sell
- Comfortable in low-income / informal trade ✦ Honest and trustworthy
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Advantageous
- Fluency in isiXhosa (strongly preferred) •
- FMCG or informal trade sales experience
- Knowledge of the Overberg area • Existing spaza / small retail relationships
Renumeration
- Fixed Basic Salary Competitive monthly salary
- Sales Incentive Volume-based bonus.
- No cap — the more you sell, the more you earn.
- New Account Bonus per new account opened and paid, plus a loyalty bonus when
accounts reorder.
- Vehicle & Fuel Provided by Company for all business travel.
