Sales Representative

Introduction

A position has become available for Field Agent Sales Representatives to join a dynamic and rapidly growing manufacturer supplying to the Hardware Industry.

We are looking for someone who knows the industry and has experience selling to Hardware Stores.

• Pretoria (Gauteng)

Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition:   Actively seek out new customers by executing sales strategies such as site visits, networking, and attending industry events.

Client Relationship Management:   Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions.

Sales Targets:   Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company, consistently striving for excellence in performance.

Problem Solving:   Address customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, offering solutions that align with company policies and objectives.

Travel:   Travel to client sites on a daily basis, trade shows, and other relevant locations as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.

Essential Requirements

• Must have field rep experience   selling to   Retail Hardware Industry

• Must be willing to travel

• Must be willing to sleep out on country trips

• Own reliable vehicle

• At least 5 years sales experience, calling on retail stores

• Solid sales track record, achievements and awards

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Package & Remuneration

• Monthly CTC R20'400.00 (Incl. of medical contribution and car allowance)
