Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Identify potential clients and arrange appointments.
- Conduct client needs analysis and security site assessments.
- Present customized security service proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close new business.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update the CRM system.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless service implementation.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
