- Actively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within the chemical metal finishing industry sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with outstanding support and service.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the company's products and services.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Flexibility to travel as required for client visits and industry events.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Professional and persuasive negotiation skills, with a focus on consultative selling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
