Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of customer organisations
- Manage prospecting, cold calling, and daily call targets by customer category
- Keep CRM/sales platform updated with client information
- Introduce new products to existing customers
- Grow market share on existing product ranges through increased penetration
- Grow and protect market share; achieve company sales targets
- Identify and onboard new business
- Run accessories focus sessions monthly
- Participate in dealer/customer marketing initiatives quarterly
- Document and communicate business opportunities
- Capture new customers and visit data into CRM
- Report on sales/marketing activity, including competitor intelligence
- Manage company-owned point-of-sale materials at dealerships
