The Opportunity

In this role, you will use your sales skills to grow retail and dealer accounts. You will receive full management support to reach your sales targets and earn strong commissions. Your daily work will ensure smooth stock movement, happy retail clients, and higher sales volume.

Job Description

• Visit independent appliance dealers, homeware stores, and retail outlets on a daily call cycle.
• Present and pitch wine fridges and domestic appliances to secure prime floor display space.
• Train retail store floor staff on product features to help drive customer sales.
• Prospect and open new trading accounts with independent resellers across your sales territory.
• Monitor dealer stock levels to prevent stock-outs and secure repeat replenishment orders.
• Build lasting business relationships with store managers, floor staff, and retail business owners.
• Submit regular weekly call plans, customer feedback, and sales pipeline reports to management.

What You Need to Apply

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Valid South African drivers license.
• Proven sales experience selling domestic appliances, consumer electronics, or retail channel products.
• Experience calling on retail store managers and independent dealer decision-makers.
• Confident verbal communication, product presentation, and closing skills.
• Solid understanding of retail margins, product displays, and stock replenishment cycles.
• A positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and a collaborative team mindset.
