Sales Regional Manager

MINIMUM CRITERIA AND PRE-REQUISITE COMPETENCIES Education Minimum grade 12 qualification Post-matric or tertiary qualification will be advantageous. Must meet FAIS "Fit and Proper" requirements. Completed Regulatory Examination （RE5） will be advantageous. Experience Minimum 3-5 years' proven experience in Field Marketing and Stop Order sales. Minimum 4 years' experience in a middle management role. Proven experience managing managers, sales teams, and Independent Contractors. Extensive experience managing stop order facilities and stakeholder relationships. Demonstrated success in opening and growing stop order facilities. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience managing financial resources and sales budgets. Experience in business planning, forecasting, reporting, and sales operations. Proven ability to recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing sales teams. KEY COMPETENCIES Leadership Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
