About the Company

Security Mega-Store is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Person to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assist customers with security product enquiries, provide professional advice, and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills
Passion for sales and achieving targets
Ability to work under pressure
Honest, reliable and trustworthy
Previous sales experience will be an advantage
Knowledge or interest in security products will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in-store and online with product enquiries
Recommend suitable security products and solutions
Achieve monthly sales targets
Prepare and process sales and quotations
Conduct customer follow-ups
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide professional and excellent customer service
Ensure the store remains professional, tidy and well presented
