Sales Person / Deal Closer Wanted (Remote, Part-Time)

We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Person / Deal Closer to join Nook Build, working remotely for our London, UK operation. If you know how to build rapport fast, handle objections, and close — this is for you.

What you'll do

• Call newest leads as they come in (approx. 1 hour/day) to build rapport and book site visit appointments
• Take warm/qualified leads and close them into signed deals
• Manage the full conversation from initial contact through to signed contract
• Follow up on pending deals and keep the pipeline moving
• Report daily/weekly progress on booked appointments, closed deals and pipeline status

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals (any industry — construction/home improvement experience a bonus but not required)
• Strong communicator, confident on calls and in person, good at building relationships with prospects
• Results-driven — we need conversions, not just activity
• Based in South Africa, available primarily 4–6pm UK time to start (open to testing other hours based on results)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to take calls
• Comfortable with a flexible, part-time schedule

What we offer

• $8–$10/hour base + 1% commission on every deal closed — our contracts typically range from £50k to £500k, so a single closed deal can mean a significant payout
• Part-time to start, approx. 5–15 hours/week depending on lead volume — more hours available for the right person as the role grows
