Our client is looking to employ a Sales Order Management Specialist based in Pinelands.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Manage and process sales orders across multiple sales channels.
- Allocate stock and accurately invoice customer orders.
- Ensure all invoiced goods are prepared and ready for daily dispatch.
- Support monthly stock take activities.
- Compile and distribute weekly ETA reports.
- Keep internal stakeholders informed of product availability and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth order fulfilment operations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- Available to start immediately
- 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar environment.
- Computer literate on MS Word and Excel
- Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Building effective people relationship skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
