SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Taurus Batteries South Africa (TBSA) is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Sales & Operations Manager to take ownership of our Johannesburg operation . This is a hands-on management role for someone who combines strong B2B sales and business development ability with the operational discipline required to manage our warehouse, stock and distribution effectively. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive new B2B business and grow existing customer accounts. • Manage key customer relationships, quotations, orders and invoicing. • Achieve agreed sales, revenue and gross profit targets. • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including stock intake, storage, dispatch and inventory control. • Lead, supervise and develop warehouse and dispatch staff. • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts and minimise stock loss/shrinkage. • Optimise logistics and distribution to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries. • Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company procedures and operational controls.
